hDPSCs were cultured on scaffolds for 6 weeks and processed for light microscopy. Samples were embedded in paraffin, cut into sections, and subjected to Masson’s trichrome staining (panel A) or immunohistochemistry for dentin sialophosphoprotein (DSPP) (panel B).
