In step 1, Vγ9Vδ2 T cells are reprogrammed to generate γδ T cell-derived iPSCs (γδ T-iPSCs) carrying the rearranged TCRG and TCRD genes; in step 2, γδ T-iPSCs are differentiated to Vγ9Vδ2 T cells that express NKRs using an “NK cell-promoting” differentiation protocol.
