CD3+, CD19+, CD14+, and CD56+ were the markers used to identify T-cells, B-cells, monocytes, and NK-cells, respectively. Results are shown as percent of CD45+ cells, which is approximately comparable to percent WBCs. Final lymphocyte purity according to the hematology analyzer was 90%, which includes T-cells, B-cells, and NK-cells, but counts monocytes separately.
