Overexpression of DLX6-AS1 promoted the growth of tumor, while knockdown of DLX6-AS1 inhibited the growth of tumor. (B) Above is the H&E picture of lung metastatic foci, and below is the H&E picture of liver metastatic foci. Knockdown of DLX6-AS1 inhibited the metastatic behavior of PC cells by reducing the number of metastatic tumors in the lung and liver, while overexpression of DLX6-AS1 increased the number of metastatic tumors in the lung and liver. Data are presented as mean ± SD. ***P<0.001.
