NRK-49F cells with over expression of Cyr61 (Cyr61⁺) were constructed by plasmids transfection. NRK-49F cells were grouped into blank group and control group (null vector transfection) and Cyr61⁺ group (over-expression vector transfection). After transfection for 48 h, the transcriptions of Cyr61 were detected by real time PCR (A) and the expression of Cyr61 protein was detected by western blotting (B).
