INPP4B reduces HCC cell migration and invasion in vitro. (A) The migration of Huh7 and SK-HEP1 cells after transfected with p-Cont and p-INPP4B vectors was detected by scratch wound-healing assays. (B) The cell migration rate in INPP4B overexpression and corresponding control groups was statistically analyzed. (C and D) INPP4B knockdown could significantly promote the migration of Huh7 and SK-HEP1 cells (two clones, A and B). (E) Invasion assays of Huh7 and SK-HEP1 cells after transfected with p-Cont and p-INPP4B vectors. (F) INPP4B knockdown could enhance the invasion of Huh7 and SK-HEP1 cells.
