Relationship between IVF and pregnancy outcomes with increasing serum estradiol levels represented in different groups (Group 1: E2 ≤ 1000 pg/ml, Group 2: E2 1001–2000 pg/ml, Group 3: E2 2001–3000 pg/ml, Group 4: E2 3001–4000 pg/ml, Group 5: E2 4001–5000 pg/ml, Group 6: E2 > 5000 pg/ml). The number of retrieved oocytes (A), the number of MII oocytes (B), embryo implantation rate (C) and clinical pregnancy rate (D) increased with increasing serum estradiol level until Group 5, with subsequent non-significant downward trend.
