Blockage of P2Y11R using its specific antagonist NF157 ameliorated TNF-α-induced degradation of aggrecan. Human chondrocytic SW1353 cells were treated with 10 ng/ml TNF-α in the presence or absence of NF157 at the concentrations of 30 and 60 μM for 24 h.
