Serum sBCMA (but not CD40, CD40L, or APRIL) had a positive correlation with serum IgG (rho = 0.6, p < 0.01) and IgA (rho = 0.6, p < 0.001), both ASC-derived class-switched antibodies, but not with IgM levels which is produced without class-switching. Moderate correlations were also seen between B-cell activation factors (CD40, CD40L) and sBCMA levels. p < 0.05, ∗∗ p < 0.01, and∗∗∗ p < 0.001.
