Preliminary results (baseline data) presented in conference abstract. Participants who felt more supported by friends had lower depressive symptoms (r = ‐0.26, P < 0.01), and anxiety symptoms (r = 0.19, P = 0.04), measured using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) at baseline, 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months |
