Leaf development and auxin responses in bps1 mutants. (A) Seven-day-old seedlings were either mock treated or supplied with 10 μM 2,4-D for 6 hours, and GUS stained for 12 hours, either with intact seedlings (top row) or with seedlings that had undergone root excision (bottom row).
