Axial CT image of the pelvis shows the presence of barium contrast within the rectovaginal and prevesical spaces, as well as the uterus. There appears extraluminal air and extraluminal contrast within the lower pelvis consistent with perforation of the contrast from the vagina into the retroperitoneum.
