DHL decreased proinflammatory cytokine production in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. RAW264.7 cells were pre-treated with 0, 3, 5, 10 and 30 μmol/L DHL for 0.5 h before LPS (100 ng/mL) for 24 h, cells were collected to isolate total RNA, the mRNA expression level of (A)TNF-α, (B) IL-1β, (C) IL-6, (D) IL-12 p35 and (E) IL-12 p40 were measured by quantitative PCR.
