DHL decreased proinflammatory cytokines production in mice treated with LPS for 24 h. Mice were subjected to an intratracheal injection of LPS (5 mg/kg) and subsequent intraperitoneal injection of solvent or DHL (5 mg/kg), then mice were euthanized and the lung tissues were collected to isolate total RNAs.
