Fluorescence images of 1.0 µM fluorescent probe A in HeLa cells. Cells were incubated with probe A with specific concentration for 30 min. Cells were then supplemented with either zinc(II) chloride with different concentrations or zinc II) chloride with different concentrations plus sodium pyrithione (Pyr) for 30 mins before acquiring images.
