Values are expressed as mean ± standard deviation. Participants were asked to indicate on a 7-point Likert scale how they felt immediately after the session in relation to the past 24 h. Mood ratings ranged from 1 (very much worse) to 7 (very much better), with 4 indicating “no change.” Post hoc pairwise comparisons.
