The neurogenesis of DG area among different treatment groups. (A,B) The number of DCX positive neurons of the rat DG area was significantly decreased in HA group as compared to CTL group, and after lithium chloride treatment the number of DCX positive neurons increased in HA+LICl group. (C,D) Brdu and NeuN neurons in the DG region were reduced, while lithium chloride promoted the proliferation of NPCS in HA+LICl group.
