The ability of various Bn receptor ligands to inhibit binding of the radiolabeled agonist 125I-Peptide-1 (A) or the radiolabeled antagonist 125I-Bantag-1 (B) to hBRS-3/BALB (1 × 106 cells/ml). Cells were incubated with 50 pM 125I-Peptide-1 or 125I-Bantag-1 with or without increasing the concentrations of various unlabeled Bn receptor ligands for 60 minutes at 22°C. Results are expressed as the percentage of saturable binding with no addition. The results are the mean and S.E.M. from at least three separate experiments, and in each experiment the data points were determined in duplicate.
