Mast cells were preincubated ± either nafamostat mesylate (NAFA; 1 μM), NF-κB Activation Inhibitor (NF-κB inh; 0.1 μM), MK2206 (1 μM), SR11302 (10 μM), SB203580 (10 μM), or U0126 (10 μM) for 2 h, followed by incubation of cells ± mefloquine (20 μM).
