T cell redistribution following AER-271 treatment is partly T cell intrinsic. (A–C) Experimental design. 10⁷ isolated T cells from B6.CD45.1⁺ mice were transferred into B6.CD45.2⁺ hosts. Either the T cell donors (group A, black) or T cell hosts (group B, red) were injected with 10 mg/kg of AER-271 i.p. every 6 h for 48 hours prior to transfer. In control group both T cell donors and hosts were untreated (group C, blue).
