Effect of L1 on the metabolic viability of human breast tissue explants. Tissue explants of human breast tumor from five patients were incubated with DMEM/F12 supplemented medium and treated with L1 at 10 and 30 μg/mL. TX (20 μg/mL) and CIS (50 μg/mL) were used as pharmacological controls.
