Hepatopancreas, stomach, cuticular epithelium, and hematopoietic tissue from a challenged prawn of the PO group, respectively (a, c, e, and g); hepatopancreas, stomach, cuticular epithelium, and hematopoietic tissue from a healthy prawn of the CPO group, respectively (b, d, f, and h). In pictures a, c, e, and g, blue-violet signals were observed in hepatopancreatic sinus, stomach epithelium, cuticular epithelium, and hematopoietic tissues of prawns, respectively. In pictures b, d, f, and h, no hybridization signal was seen in the same tissues of DIV1-negative E. carinicauda, except some non-specific signals on gastric sieve of stomach.
