Role of Nrf2 in the 3-BDB (30 µM)-mediated enhancement of Nrf2 and HO-1 expression. (a) HaCaT cells were transfected with shRNA-control and shRNA-Nrf2 plasmids and treated with 3-BDB. Western blotting was used to analyze the proteins in the whole cell lysates.
