c) Meta-analysis of the association of damaging PDE3B mutations and coronary artery disease across five studies, including three (MIGen, PMBB, DiscovEHR) with exome sequencing. Logistic regression results were pooled in an inverse-variance weighted fixed effects meta-analysis. Minimal evidence of heterogeneity across cohorts was observed (I2 = 0%). Two-sided P values are displayed.
