(A) The lytic cycle was induced in the stable HuARLT.BAC16.KSHV.WT and HuARLT.BAC16.KSHV.ΔvIRF2 cells with 12.5% tissue culture supernatant containing RTA-expressing baculovirus and 1.67 mM SB. At the indicated time points after induction the cells were lysed and the expression of the IFIT proteins 1, 2 and 3 as well as vIRF2 and K-bZIP was analyzed by WB.
