A number of 83 serum samples were examined for the presence of anti-N. caninum IgG by a new ELISA-based method using the whole parasite. The results were analyzed with student t-test with 95.00% confidence interval. Samples with the S/P ratio ≥ 0.50 were postulated as Neospora positive.
