(A) COL1A1 and BCL2 mRNA expression were determined using reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction following transfection of keloid fibroblasts with miR-30a-5p mimic. (B) COL1A1 and BCL2 protein levels were determined with use of western blotting following transfection of keloid fibroblasts with miR-30a-5p mimic. (C) Grayscale value analysis of protein was performed by Image-Pro Plus 6.0 software. Results are presented as the mean ± standard deviation of three independent experiments (n=3-4).
