Expression of miR-30a-5p is downregulated in keloid tissue. Expression of miR-30a-5p in healthy skin (n=5) and keloid tissue (n=7) as determined by use of reverse transcription-quantitative PCR. miR-30a-5p PCR data were compared with small nucleolar RNA, C/D box 48, analysis of relative gene expression data was performed using the -ΔCT method.
