Cell proliferation was monitored using CCK-8 assays at the indicated time points (A). Colony formation assay was performed (B). Colonies were visualized by light microscopy and quantified. Cell seeding density was 7000 cells per well (Group 1) and 5000 cells per well (Group 2), respectively. Statistical significance was determined by a two-tailed, unpaired Student’s t test.
