Ca²⁺ flux dynamics is altered in depolarized cells. hMSCs were labeled with Fluo-4, a Ca²⁺ sensitive dye, to monitor Ca²⁺ oscillations. Fluorescence intensity values over time (normalized to minimum intensity values) were calculated for each cell.
