Ca2+ flux dynamics is altered in depolarized cells. hMSCs were labeled with Fluo-4, a Ca2+ sensitive dye, to monitor Ca2+ oscillations. Fluorescence intensity values over time (normalized to minimum intensity values) were calculated for each cell. Ca2+ oscillations were monitored before and after depolarization treatment with 40 mM K+, and representative normalized intensity traces are shown in (A, B), respectively.
