Splenocytes isolated from immunized mice were stimulated or non-stimulated with HIV Env (upper panel) or Gag peptides (lower panel). After 72 hrs of stimulation, supernatants were collected and the release of cytokines and chemokines in the supernatants were quantified with a 20-plex mouse cytokine kit and counted in the MAGPIX instrument. Statistical significance between two groups was determined using unpaired t test, and significant p values are represented with asterisks, *≤0.05, **≤0.01. No significant (ns) was not shown.
