Ras pathway includes sequence mutations from NRAS, KRAS and PTPN11; JAK/STAT pathway includes JAK1/2/3 and IL7R sequence mutations, JAK2/TYK2, EPOR and CRLF2 rearrangements. The mutations were called from RNA-seq data.
