Detection of ROS generation by cell imaging. We present merged bright-field and DCF fluorescence images of SKBR3 cancer cells incubated with PBS, 44 μM free ICG, or NETs ([ICGNETs] ≈ 36 μM) for 3 h and subsequently irradiated at 808 nm for 15 min at I0 = 680 mW/cm2.
