(A) Phylogenetic tree indicates the genetic relationship of various species of TTYH family such as mouse, rat, human, xenopus laevis and drosophila TTYH family. The tree was constructed using maximum likelihood method with the bootstrap values at 1000 replicates by MEGA5. The evolutionary distances were computed using the Poisson correction method and are in the units of the number of amino acid substitutions per site.
