Effect of 1 on ROS (a) and MDA (b) levels, CAT (c) and GPx (d) activity of yeast. BY4741 yeast cells were incubated with resveratrol as positive control and 1 at 1, 3, and 10 μM. After 24 h, ROS (a), MDA (b), CAT (c), and GPx (d) were measured according to the manufacturer's instructions, respectively. Each experiment was conducted at least thrice. ∗, ∗∗, and ∗∗∗ indicate a significant difference relative to the control (P < 0.05, P < 0.01, and P < 0.001).
