Expression profile of atypical PKCs in normal and metastatic CRC cells. Cells were grown with and without serum over a period of 48 hours. Whole cell lysate was prepared and an equal amount of protein from the lysates was subjected to western blot analysis, followed by examining PKC-ι and PKC-ζ expression in rapidly growing and serum starved cells. β-Actin was used as a loading control.
