CD86 expression on B cells. CD45R+ B cells were isolated from lymph node tissue that was resected from EAMG (B, E) and CFA (A, D) rats and analyzed by flow cytometry during the early and late stages of disease. Compared with CFA group, the percentages of CD45R+CD86+ cells in EAMG group were statistically elevated at both early and late time points (C, F; **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001).
