Isobologram analysis of binary combinations of cinnamon oil/ZnO NPs (A), cinnamon oil/encapsulated curcumin (B), ZnO NP/encapsulated curcumin (C) against C. jejuni strain F380I1 after 3 h treatment at 37°C in a microaerobic condition. The additive lines connect the IC₅₀ of each single antimicrobial. Axial points show the IC₅₀ of antimicrobial combinations. An axial point on the additive line indicates additive interaction. An axial point under the additive line indicates synergistic interaction (n = 3, duplicates).
