Segmented retinal and choroidal layers from the inner limiting membrane (red), the inner segment/outer segment junction (yellow), the outer retinal pigment epithelium (RPE)/Bruch’s membrane complex (green) to the inner chorioscleral interface (CSI) (blue). The centre of the foveal pit was marked manually as the position of the thinnest retina (white). Choroidal thickness was determined as the thickness between the outer RPE/Bruch’s membrane complex and the CSI.
