Effect of FAM20C knockdown on the odontoblastic potential of human dental pulp cells. A, The expression level of FAM20C in FAM20C‐shCtrl and FAM20C‐shRNA groups was assessed using Western blotting. The band intensities were analysed using ImageJ software; GAPDH was used as an internal control. B, ALP activity in the odontoblastic differentiation medium at day 7 was determined in FAM20C‐shCtrl and FAM20C‐shRNA groups.
