LNGFR is present upstream of SOST and decreases SOST expression in EMSCs. (A, B) The LNGFR + EMSCs were transfected with pMYC‐SOST or pMYC‐NC for 24 h, while LNGFR − EMSCs were transfected with siSOST or siNC for 24 h. Then, LNGFR (A) mRNA and (B) protein levels were detected by qPCR and Western blot, respectively, using GAPDH as a control. (C, D) The LNGFR + EMSCs were transfected with siLNGFR or siNC for 24 h, and LNGFR − EMSCs with or without the stable overexpression of LNGFR were collected.
