Upregulation of miR‐382 or silencing FoxO1 promotes glomerular mesangial cell proliferation. Glomerular mesangial cells treated by miR‐382 mimics show the highest OD values 48 or 72 hours after treatment and those treated by siRNA against FoxO1 show the next highest OD values. *P < .05 vs. the blank and NC groups.
