ZLDI‐8 sensitized colorectal cancer cells to 5‐FU and irinotecan. Cells were pre‐incubated with 0.78, 1.56 and 3.13 (μM) ZLDI‐8 for 1 h and then treated with different concentrations of 5‐FU (A) or irinotecan (B) in LoVo and SW480 cells for another 24 h, 48 h or 72 h.
