Inhibition of FOXP1 is able to imitate the anticancer effects of miR-605 upregulation in NSCLC cells. (A) H460 and H522 cells were transfected with si-FOXP1 or si-NC. After 72 h of transfection, knockdown of FOXP1 was efficient in H460 and H522 cells, as demonstrated by western blot analysis. *P<0.05 vs si-NC.
