Downregulation of B‐myb expression in HAECs inhibited cell proliferation and the formation of capillary tube networks. A, HAECs were transfected with siB‐myb or siNC for 3 d. B, After cells transfection with siB‐myb or siNC for 7 d, the cells were seeded on top of the Matrigel‐coated wells and incubated for 6 h at 37°C.
