BMP6 prompted the expressions of neurogenic and angiogenic differentiation markers in stem cells from apical papilla (SCAPs). (A‐C) Real‐time RT‐PCR results showed that neurogenic differentiation markers, TH‐1 (A), NeuroD (B) and NCAM (C) were highly expressed in 20 ng/mL of BMP6‐treated SCAPs compared with untreated SCAPs after neurogenic induction. (D) Real‐time RT‐PCR results showed that angiogenic differentiation marker, ANG1, was highly expressed in 20 ng/mL of BMP6‐treated SCAPs compared with untreated SCAPs after angiogenic induction.
