Serum amyloid A (SAA) expression is increased in imiquimod (IMQ)‐induced psoriatic skin lesions. IMQ‐induced psoriasis mouse model was constructed as described in the Materials and methods section. A, SAA mRNA expression in back skins of control (topical Vaseline, n=6) and IMQ‐treated mice (n=6) detected by real‐time PCR.
