CXCL12 derived from adipocyte upregulated the expression of osteoclast adhesion‐related molecules. RAW264.7 cells were cultured for 4 days with control conditions, with ADIPO CM or with ADIPO CM in the presence of recombinant CXCL12 or AMD3100. Quantitative RT‐PCR analysis of osteoclast adhesion‐related genes: β3 integrin, CD44 and OPN in osteoclasts were performed and data are graphed as fold change relative to control (A). Western blot of above molecules in osteoclasts was performed, and band intensity analysis of respective protein levels in osteoclasts was normalized to β‐actin and represented as % control (B).
