Genes differentially expressed in 14-day-old seedlings were functionally categorized according to gene ontology (GO) at the Arabidopsis Information Resource. The key components of selected biological processes are shown to estimate their biological relevance. Genes were chosen by fold change (FC) < -2 (paper tape-sealed seedlings compared to parafilm-sealed ones).
