Effect of laser treatment on soleus muscle weight and bone strength. (A) Soleus muscles were dissected and weighed immediately after the perfusion. The weight of soleus muscle of laser-treated animals was significantly higher compared to control animals. (B) The three-point bending test was used to evaluate mechanical properties of rat femurs. There were no significant differences between groups. The values are expressed as mean ± SEM. Control group n = 11, laser-treated group n = 15, healthy group n = 8. *p < 0.05.
